About evaluation:

- How should it be according to the law:

Evaluation of the learning processes of students will have continuous and global character and will attend to the progress of the pupil or the pupil throughout the areas. In this way, when progress is not adequate, it shall establish measures of educational reinforcement, aimed to ensure the acquisition of the skills needed to continue the educational process.

In any case, in addition to the programming of the pupils, teachers should evaluate the processes of education and their own teaching practice, for what will be established indicators of achievement in the educational settings.

- How is it really:

From our point of view, the evaluation is not exactly as they describe it to us. Reinforcement measures are not always set and some cases are inadequate or are not correct. On the other hand we think that they only they focused assessment on a note, what is the qualification, and not in the learning acquired by the student.
