Exams are easier now?

Searching some information on Internet, we discovered one article abou the difficulty of exams nowadays. It caught our attention and we started discussing. Is it true?
Well maybe exams are easier now, because society try to includes everybody and have more university students. But, is better to have more students with less knowledge ? In our opinion is great to have more students, and maybe is it not necessary have so much memory knowledge , because while technology is growing we have more opportunities to learn and to inform us.
We want well-trained students and also a school that is not based on study for university entrance exam. We need a theory base for university, but also some important values.

In another hand, society is changing also. Nowadays most of parents think that school have to educated their children in all aspects. But family is the most important agent of socialization, so this is a problem. Also parents blame the teachers for the failure of their children.
