Topics

First of all, we should consider four topics that are: Management, social, culture and political. But also, we have clasificated some items in two or more topics.

In first place we divided management in two groups:
- System's organization : materials, evaluations by exams, outdoor activities, organization of the furniture, timetable and number of students per class.
- Teaching methods: way of evaluation, homeworks and boring classes, learning by head, dynamic classes and punishments.

We have divided management in two, because we think that limits that teachers have are different than the limits school proporcionates.

In the other hand we have the social topic, which includes relationships with teachers and friends, competivity, good memories and satisfaction at learning, friendship, relation with classmates.

Another topis is culture. In this one we only have one item, that is moral values. That is because we think that there are another items that can be added in culture and also in other one. At the end we are going to explain it.

The last topic is political. We have added ways of work, poor state of infrastructure, kind os schools.
We think all of this items depend on politicians.

Who are we?

Good afternoon. Our names are Ana Hevilla Baeza, Ana Ruiz González, Alejandro Ruiz Galacho and Carlos Moreno González. We are a group of students of primary education at the University of Malaga. Let this blog devoted to the subject of School organization and management . On this website, we will express all our views and group reflections on current school.


As future teachers, we are aware of the need for change which has the school. We, like the rest of our colleagues, must be critical and well-informed to begin this new stage, the school of the future. To do this, we need certain tools, which we hope this degree to give us. 

Must modify and transform those aspects that we do not consider appropriate the current school, as for example, the methods of examinations, assessments and qualifications. 

Focus on forming a school where learning is the most important thing, forgetting those obstacles called tests ending with the enjoyment of the children. It is necessary to transform the school into a place where students feel motivated and eager to follow.
